Tap a page, or turn them all
Every page is shown as a thumbnail. Tap a page to turn it 90° clockwise; tap again to keep turning, through 180° and 270° and back to where it started.
The rotate-all buttons turn every page left or right at once, and the reset button undoes all your turns.
Rotation is lossless
Each PDF page has a rotation value that tells viewers to show it turned by a multiple of 90°. This tool only changes that value: nothing is re-rendered or recompressed, so text stays sharp and selectable and the file size stays about the same.
Right angles only
PDF page rotation works in steps of 90°, so a scan that is a few degrees crooked can't be straightened here.
Your original file isn't changed; you download a new PDF.

Questions
Does rotating lower the quality?
No. Only each page's rotation value changes; the content isn't redrawn.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Tap only the pages that need turning; the rest are saved as they are.
Can I also delete or reorder pages?
Not on this page. Rotate first, then open the result in Delete & Reorder PDF Pages.
